Club Dent 2011

guanacasteJoin us for the 31st Annual UB Club Dent trip, March 5-12, 2011. Our destination this year is The Ocean Sand by H10, all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. All the rooms are five star suites, specially designed to pamper you with a wonderful stay.

Tuition and Fees

15 CE Credit Hours available based on attendance at lectures and including review of self-study materials provided prior to travel ADA/CERP

Travel insurance and/or stopover hotel available for an additional fee. Single, triple and children's rates, as well as rates for two-week stays are available upon request. Additionally, your travel reservation is validated by and must be accompanied by your Continuing Education Tuition and/or Club Dent Fees. Please include your check payable to the Dental Seminars as well. Travel must be booked through Glenny Travel to participate in UB CDE. Also, ANYONE booking through this block MUST register through UB CDE even if they do not intend to participate. The non-CE travelers pay $50 per person for the advantage of travelling with our group. CDE Program Details

PEARLS IN PARADISE
Drs. Sibel and Don Antonson present a rapid-fire review of current dental biomaterials, procedures and evidencebased techniques for the contemporary practitioner. Topics will include how to diagnosis caries, when to reverse the carious process, when to restore, adhesive dentistry techniques for success, contemporary materials of choice, CAD-CAM restorations, advanced all-ceramic restorations, cementation techniques and materials, periodontal/restorative considerations, dental lasers, curing lights,

Donald E. Antonson, DDS, MEd Professor and Associate Chair, Department of Restorative Dentistry, and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs (interim) at the College of Dental Medicine, University at Buffalo.

Sibel Antonson, DDS, PhD, MBA is the Director of Professional services at Ivoclar Vivadent, and she also is a Clinical Associate Professor and the Director of Dental Biomaterials at SUNY at University of Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine. She has lectured nationally and internationally on dental biomaterials, prosthodontic and restorative techniques.

Participants are encouraged to question, argue and voice anything they desire in order to create a fun learning experience.
