Dentist Tuition
Tuition $4,495 if paid in full with registration... SAVE $500 vs. the payment plan!

Payment Plan $995 deposit due with registration and $1000 payments (4) due 1st of May, June, July, and August 2004. Payments will be automatically processed on credit card listed on registration form, or you may submit postdated checks with your registration.

This is a hands-on, limited enrollment course and registrations will be processed in the order they are received. You will be registered when we receive your tuition in full or tuition deposit.

Refund Policy
A tuition refund, less a $225 cancellation fee, will be issued for cancellations received in writing by
July 1, 2004. No refunds will be issued after that date.

Should you have to cancel after that date for any reason, a credit for all tuition collected, less a $500 cancellation fee, will be 'kept on account' for use toward future UB CDE courses.

$95 per person (7 ce hours) for the special staff and dental team program:
